This book titled ‘Hypothyroidism Healed: Combined Holistic Approach: Yoga, Reiki, Mantra & Crystals’ details my personal healing journey to overcome my thyroid condition without relying on lifelong medication, a path I shared with my husband. Uncomfortable with the idea of conventional treatments that require ongoing medication, I, with the support of my husband, sought out alternative holistic healing practices such as Yoga, Reiki, Crystal Healing, and Mantra Healing. Today, I lead a healthy, thyroid medication-free life, thanks to these natural healing modalities.
Q 2 Please let us know other natural ways of healing.
When I was diagnosed with Thyroid issues, I initially had to follow the conventional treatment to get control of the critical situation at that time. But later on, I shifted to alternative holistic practices as some years ago I had learnt Reiki too. I followed Thyroid specific Yogasanas ( which are mentioned in book alongwith their benefits as per my best knowledge), combined with the 7 Chakras healing, emphasizing more on Throat Chakra & related chakras.

I am fond of Art & Craft & creative activities. I do pen down my thoughts, my feelings, my emotions in the form of poetry
Q 4 Are there specific messages or feelings you hope your readers take away from the book?
I would like to share with the readers that dealing with Thyroid issues becomes a bit easier when you are determined, follow rigorously your health regimen & most of all, have faith in yourself & the healing practices you are following. Once you surrender to the situation after a thyroid diagnosis that you have to take medicine for life, then there is no way out. You need to constantly reinforce your subconscious with positive thoughts so that healing comes to you naturally & effectively. Our mind creates our reality & this Universe acts like a magnet. It captures our thoughts ( irrespective of whether they are positive or negative) & returns them to us manifold. So, think & manifest positive thoughts.
Q 5 Please share your daily ritual for balancing your life.
During the healing journey, my daily routine started with 20-25 minutes of Yoga, followed by 15-20 minutes of combined practice of Reiki, chakra healing & mantra Jaap.
Evenings comprised of a friendly evening walk with my husband Navit, which was our time to interact about how was the day for both of us.

Q 7 Tell us about the most challenging part of writing.
The most challenging part of writing this book was to maintain consistency & share only relevant information. As there were lots of other details related to daily life struggles & their handling on my family’s part, I tried my best to give the healing practices details that would be relevant for readers who are struggling with thyroid issues.
