Q 5 Memorable incident while writing the book.
One day, I parked my car in front of a shop. When I returned, I found another vehicle parked directly behind mine. After repeatedly honking, I noticed a group, including the vehicle owner, observing me from across the street. When they reluctantly moved the car, I calmly asked why he hadn’t come sooner, seeing as he’d been watching. Instead of apologizing, he responded with counterarguments, and others joined him. Realizing this could escalate, I chose to leave the situation peacefully.
Q 6 What can we learn about perseverance and focus when we are on a long road journey, and how
does this relate to achieving goals in life?
Perseverance and Focus on a Long Road Journey
In tense or challenging situations, it’s essential to stay calm and focused. Just as a long journey involves driving over different terrains, we might face steep or winding roads, which can be mentally and physically exhausting. Similarly, life presents challenges—like stress from high workloads or tight deadlines. Staying focused and calm through these “long drives” helps us achieve our goals despite obstacles.
Q 7 What parallels can we draw between our destinations in driving and setting life goals?
Parallels Between Driving Destinations and Life Goals
Just as we plan our destination before starting a drive, we must set goals in life. During a long drive, we pause for breaks, just as we need breaks in life to recharge and keep progressing. For long journeys, we often break them into manageable parts, with planned stops along the way. Similarly, when setting goals, we establish short-term, medium-term, and long-term objectives.
